Irregular periods after stopping antidepressants can be due to hormonal imbalances triggered by changes in your mental health and brain chemistry. Since you didn’t have this issue before, the shift might be related to withdrawal effects or unresolved emotional stress.
Recommended actions:
• Consult a gynaecologist to rule out hormonal or reproductive issues.
• See a psychiatrist to review your mental health medication plan since abrupt discontinuation can affect your body’s regulation systems.
• Talk to a psychologist for support in managing any emotional stress or anxiety that may be contributing.
It’s important to address both the physical and emotional sides of this issue for a stable recovery.
Anti depressant or any hormonal medicines can cause disturbance in your natural cycle. It’s essential to get your natural cycle fixed.
1) maintain a proper sleeping schedule
2) hormones can be fixed with exercise but you need to start with baby steps given your disturbed cycle. Begin with walking daily for couple of months with gradually increasing the duration of walk and eventual upgrade your exercising.
3) Ensure to laugh and enjoy each day to maintain the happy hormones.
4) if exercise or walking is not possible than join a laughter club or any other activities which will keep your happy hormones up.

Hi
Firstly, consult a gynaecologist, for your irregular periods especially after anti depressants.
When we take anti depressants, our body is likely to get immune to/ used to a medication. Anti depressants work on our neural system and our period (hormones) are related to how our mind works and emotions/ moods. Hence the disturbance.
Do consult a psychologist for further stress management and better coping mechanisms for future.

Hi... Please consult your Psychiatrist first to understand if your medications (anti-depressents) can cause this change in your mensuration cycle. If you are not satisfied, you may take a second opinion. I believe it's your mental health condition that might be interfering with your mensuration cycle, rather than your medications. Typically a combination of medications and psychotherapy works well to address clinical depression. You need to Consult a Psychologist for it. To rule out any possibility of some other physical health condition influencing your mensuration cycle, you may need to consult a Gynecologist later.
Next Steps
Consult your Psychiatrist first.
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance and Interpersonal Counselling is required.
Gynaecologist Consultation may be required later.
