Delayed Period..
I am married for 1.9yrs.My periods are 3days late but I usually have regular period.I have done preg colour test but that is negative & also I have no symptoms of prenancy.what may be the reason for late period?

Causes of delayed periods cn be many from thyroid disorders , pcos , ovarian cysts, hormonal imbalance , endometriosis etc.
U need to wait for 1 more week repeat pregnancy test followed by an ultrasound pelvis.
