Delayed period
Doctor me and girlfriend had been intimate last month just next day her period finished but it was protected. Her period got over on 8th of Dec. Now it's been 5 days she haven't got her period. She is feeling okay a little bit of body ache, kindly let me know what shall I do. Yes I am little bit scared but I do remember nothing happened as such which was unprotected. Earlier her cycle has been irregular.

Get HCG pregnancy test(blood) done for her which would clarify if she is pregnant or not. For irregular periods etc, please consult a gunecologist.

Garlic, onions, spring onions and leeks all contain stuff that’s good for you. A study at the Child’s Health Institute in Cape Town found that eating raw garlic helped fight serious childhood infections. Heat destroys these properties, so eat yours raw, wash it down with fruit juice or, if you’re a sissy, have it in tablet form.
