My periods are delayed by 23 days I have done pregnancy test 4 times it's negative so far!
What shall I do ? Shall I take some medicine like meparate or go for a blood test?

if u sexually active then u shld do urine pregnancy test to ruleout pregnancy,
if not then it may be hormonal imbalance
take withdrawal 💊
take tablet.Deviry10 mg twice a day for 5 days. after meals , and wait for 3-5days for periods..
