Delayed Ejaculation
Hi Doctors We are planning family but it seems I don't ejaculate. I only ejaculate if I mastarbate. Just a question is it possible that she can get pregnant if after masturbation I transfer my sperm to her??? As through normal process I am unable to do so.

Hi. Yes she can if you penetrate just before you ejaculate and then ejaculate inside the vagina. But the cause of delayed ejaculation or no ejaculation needs to be established. Do you masturbate daily?
