Is delay spray safe for phimosis penis?? I have tight foreskin...when am pull down my penis then no problem but problem when am up my foreskin them it's difficult ...so delay spray good safe for phimosis

Yes, it is safe but phimosis skin already covers the sensitive part, so it might not help much
