Delay in periods
Hello my last period is on 14th June but till today I didn't get my periods. Also Iam feeling huge tiredness for some hours in a day since 2weeks, I am taking thyronorm 25mg regularly since 6months. Very much worried about my delayed period 😕. Also I am done with tubal ligation after my second born in 2021. Please help me with this.

Please do a pregnancy test first of all.If it's negative wait for another 4 days, as delay by a week is acceptable.
If u still don't bleed, then consult for further investigations and management.
