Dehydration chest pain
I have issues related to dehydration that I constantly go to loo and urinate huge volume. The water I drink goes straight into urine and I feel exhausted. Now days I have developed left chest pain, shortness of breath. I have sometimes tachycardia and sometimes bradycardia. I had all ecg echo tmt which came normal. Only difference is when I had symptoms and had ecg, there was rsr pattern in v1 v2 Nsr. Otherwise it is just Nsr. Any idea. I also get very light headed and brains zaps at times.
