Degue fever and 81000 platelet count
My child is 7 years old diagnosed with dengue fever on Monday. Her platelet count is 81000 today. she is urinating every 30-40 minutes but she gets fever 103 evry 4-6 hours.What should I do forthe platelet count to increase?
