Deficiency of Vitamin D
I have pain in both of my hands which includes tingling sensation, muscular pain. I went to see physio and he suggested me to take Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D tests. My Vitamin D results are 4.47 ng/ml which is very low and should have been minimum of 20ng/ml. I am yet to see my doctor, in the mean time I would highly appreciate if anyone could suggest me ways to boost Vitamin D levels.
