Defeciency of Vitamin D
I have been diagnosed with deficiency of Vitamin D. I have taken preventive health check up tests. 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) - 10.05 ng/ml I have desk job and hardly get time to exposed to Sunlight on weekdays. What oral supplement can I take for increasing Vitamin D levels in my body ?

Vitamin D3 60 lakh units taken orally (available as Tab or Liquid or powder) taken once a month helps prevent deficiency. When deficiency is proven, initially the same dose is taken once a week for the first month and once a month thereafter.
