From 3-4 days I have observed that, there is something in my mind but I am not able to get what it is. And I am feeling to keep silent even if someone came to me and is talking and laughing which is opposite to my nature.
I feel good when I take heavy breathing ( long inhale - long exhale), it makes my heart feel light. I feel difficult to sleep in night, may be because of over use of cell phone.

1st of all u need clinical examination of ur body.
Ur blood pressure , pulse etc must be measured. If needed some laboratory investigation like blood test , ecg , x ray may be needed.
If all physical parameters are normal then u should consult psychologist or me and take proper mental health management.
