Deep Acne scars
I have deep Acne scars, I have gone through a treatment which included dermaroller, subcison and RF laser but I don't see much improvement. I don't want to go with fillers, what are my options

Post acne scars
It can present with different type of atrophic scars box scars, rolling scars, ice pick scars..usually ice pick scars are very resistant for the treatment bcoz they are deeper than other 2 mentioned..
Other 2 scars responds well for treatments you have undergone.
TCA cross is one which works for ice pick scars,Alternatively with co2 fraction is one of the approach.
Dermal fillers usually give instant results but are temporary. Max for 9 - 12 months. You need to repeat it..it is suitable for any occasion like marraige ..etc.
So post acne scars require multimodal approach... one procedure is not enough as different types of scars will be there.

scar is always a scar..it cannot be removed completely... it can only be resurfaced.
