Hi, I'm 2.5 months postpartum and I feel decreased milk supply. I take galact granules in milk and also pump 3-4 times a day. Can I take lactare tablets now? Will it work? Please suggest, I wish to avoid formula. And also kindly let me know what quantity of milk will the baby need at 3 months.

At 3 months the baby will be about 4.5 kg . He will need about 6 feeds in 24 hours and each feed about 50 ml.
