Decreased milk supply
Hi, I'm 2.5 months postpartum and I feel decreased milk supply. I take galact granules in milk and also pump 3-4 times a day. Can I take lactare tablets now? Will it work? Please suggest, I wish to avoid formula. And also kindly let me know what quantity of milk will the baby need at 3 months.

You can take any medicine for improving lactation but if the medicines don't produce the desired results then you should go for Formula milk. There is no point in starving the baby because of some obsession. At 3 months the baby will be about 4.5 kg . He will need about 6 feeds in 24 hours and each feed about 50 ml.
