Hearing loss after ear surgery can occur because of various reasons such as injury  to inner ear structures and injury to middle ear bones. Diagnosis can be confirmed by pure tone audiogram. If it is nerve related then only hearing aids can help but for conductive hearing loss revision surgery can help
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
