Decrease in breast size after marriage

Hello doctor. I was married a month ago.in this whole month me and wife had sex regularly like daily and v r happy in our life. But she can notice her size of breast is decreasing and a increase in hairfall too. She gained 2kgs of weight during this one month but even though v found a chg in her breast size.she has PCOS problem too.kindly help.she is 23yrs old.
