Breast size is dependent on genetics,weight and hormonal effect. If breast size is decreasing check for weight loss. Do a self examination of the breast for any tumors. Improve diet and nutrition
A gentle breast massage may help.
Do not use hormones or other medications. These are harmful. Further contact your gynecologist.
