Decolouration of skin below elbow
Since three days small growth of whitening of skin is seen. Although he is continously on medication for diabetese. This condition was seen in him about twenty years ago, but some doctor traeted him, and the problem was over then. No any other complication as of now. Kindly suggest what to do
