Declining progesterone with spotting
My wife's lmp was Oct 1. We had a miscarriage in June at 6 weeks. This time, the scan showed gsac, yolk sac and fetal pole at 5 weeks 5 days. However, she noticed some spotting the day before yesterday. Since then there is no spotting The repeat scan came normal but SCH of 7mm.
However her progesterone declined from 23 ngml to 20 ngml. She is taking Duphaston 10 twice a day. Is fluctuations in progesterone normal?
