Decline in retaining memory
I dont exactly know the cause of this decline but yes it is a great barrier in my carrier as i am a lyricist and most of the times i have to retain things but there's been a huge decline in my memory sharpness and to retain things. I can not recall the things i have sharply memorised many times. And yes, i used to smoke cigarettes for long time( for 5 years or so) and now i am 17 and 5 for daily. But it's been 2 or so months since i left smoking. And i still have a bad habit of masturbation which i am trying to break. I usually masturbate 2 times a day or so. And other, my diet is okay. I recently left non veg too. In my perception, i only find these two main reason or cause of it, otherwise, my memory 2 or 3 years ago was very sharp and i was a studios boy in my class but now i started losing that kind of traits. so please help me acquiring my traits back cause my carrier can be affected by it as i have to retain some urdu words for my poetry. Thanks.

You may be suffering from a burn out. Take a break and relax completely for a week. If things dont improve see a psychiatrist who will diagnose and treat accordingly.
