De Quervains tenosynovitis
Since last 2 months. Treated by orthopedic doctor with medicine and wrist thumb belt for 15 days but yet not clear. It's paining. So it's possible to recover 100 percent with physiotherapy. Please guide

Yes , recovery for tenosinovities is possible. But the key thing is it takes time. Most effective treatment found is ultrasonic treatment given by physiotherapist. Kinesiology taping and wax bath therapy combined with rest gives good results.

Hello Physiotherapy should be started in your case as part of  first line of treatment and it will take time but will recover have faith and patience. Go to some physiotherapist who will give you some manual treatment. They can help you a lot. And hopefully you are having proper calcium and vit d...if not kindly start. DQ can be completely healed with Ultrasound and IR therapy, must avoid any pressure on the thumb untill it heals compeltly.

Hi, Complete recovery of tenosynovitis is possible by wearing splints, until the pain wean off. I recommend starting with Laser and Ultrasound therapy for 7 to 10 days.
