Since last 2 months. Treated by orthopedic doctor with medicine and wrist thumb belt for 15 days but yet not clear. It's paining. So it's possible to recover 100 percent with physiotherapy. Please guide

Yes , recovery for tenosinovities is possible. But the key thing is it takes time. Most effective treatment found is ultrasonic treatment given by physiotherapist. Kinesiology taping and wax bath therapy combined with rest gives good results.

Physiotherapy should be started in your case as part of first line of treatment and it will take time but will recover have faith and patience.
Go to some physiotherapist who will give you some manual treatment.
They can help you a lot.

Complete recovery of tenosynovitis is possible by wearing splints, until the pain wean off. I recommend starting with Laser and Ultrasound therapy for 7 to 10 days.
By physiotherapy it will completely recover.pls visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment.
Take ultrasonic therapy for 10 -15 days later strengthening exercises
