Day 3|follicle 12×14mm|endometrium 6mm
I was on letoval and trigger along with duphaston for 2 cycles. In the third cycle, day 3 ultrasound shows follicles in right ovary at 12×14mm?? And endo at 6mm. Have been asked to take no medication or trigger this month and that it is a minor case of OHSS. Have been asked to try naturally.
My question is if we try naturally this time are there any chances of conception? And when should we try?

Chances are there but when OHSS is suspected. Better restrain this cycle from getting pregnant as pregnancy itself will increase the OHSS and it's not good for health
