Daughter having frequent ear discharge

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My daughter 6 months old is having on and off serous ear discharge since 2months While on medication it resolves and again within2-3 days of stopping the treatment problem recur. She is also allergic. Presently she is on syp Allegra and sinarest AF drops. Please help regarding this. I worry about the complications like OME hearing defects etc.

She needs investigations- Hemogram, Reticulocyte count, CRP, ESR, Ig A levels, X-ray chest, culture of the pus from ear. Rule out immunodeficiency e.g. Wiscott Aldrich syndrome.
