Dart in Leg thumb due to shoes
Hi,
I got a big dart in my thumb (image attached for your reference). The skin got very hard in that area and it becomes very dead also.
I think is happens due to my leather shoes .
Pls tell me what would I do now to make skin of that area normal again.

This is called ingrwon toe nail. This is not due to dirt. This needs to be surgically treated, otherwise this may keep happening again and again.
