Darkness under eye and over the eye lids
I have had little bit of an acne issue but major concern is the acne marks that I have on my face, upon consultation with a dermatologist I was recommended to use Fash Os face wash, clin 3 gel (morning) and Adapalene gel microspheres 0.1% (night).. I do not see much effect on the acne scars. Do I need to change the medication? Also after using the face wash recommended I have noticed that the area around my eyes have darkened (reddish brown) as though the dark circles have increased a lot , the under eye and eye lids area seems to be very dry too. Please let me know.

Hi The above mentioned medicines are for active acne lesions, they won't help with acne scars. Use a good mositurizer and sunscreen over face. Creams help with pigmentation and very superficial scars. Deep acne scars need procedural treatment like microneedling, spot chemical peel, subsicion, fractional laser etc.
