Darkness in upper lips

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had wax over tht area and after 2 days there blackening strt ...after that 2 to 3 days I observed tht area gets sweaty a lot while wearing black mask and feels irritation ...and now after 20 days it's darken a lot and on whlole upper lip region seems to be I had a beard
