Darkness and tiny bumps on skin
I have a lot of tiny bumps (sometimes with a white liquid in them) and dark skin on my bikini line since teenage. They have become a little aggressive recently and look really bad, they sometimes also convert into acne. I maintain cleanliness and hygiene but it doesn't seem to help. What can I do to get rid of this?
