Darker skin tone on face n neck (tanned)
My face n neck colour have been faded 3-4 shades darker than rest of my body. i was really fair earlier but from past 6-7 yrs sun exposure n swimming has darkened my skin colour badly. it really looks very odd in sunlight as the skin tones of my face, neck and rest of my body doesn't match. can my face n neck colour be brought back or become the same as the colour of rest of my body. if yes then what should be the procedure n cost. can chdmical peels help. how mych time would it take to regain my colour?

You can take oral sunscreen which gives complete body protection. Heliocare is the brand.. secondly chemical peels can help but do with certified dermatologist only.
