Can darker face n neck (maybe due to sun exposure, swimming or hormonal changes during teenage) be treated sucessfully by chemical peels n the original colour be brought back. if yes then what kinda chemical peels can lighten the 2-3 shades darker skin tone on face n neck? pls do reply with relevance to the question. thanku
