Darkened patchy lips
My lips have darkened in purple patches in three areas. They are also raised and and hardened now. Earlier It irritated alot resulting in scratching, now it's stable but I also see a couple of pimples on my lips and a yellowish dot in an area. The skin on the lips also sometimes withers. It has been a week since it started just with the blackening of a part of the lips.

It might be due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation , avoid using any cosmetic products over ur lips , and do take excess water/fluids to get ur lips hydrated and use good moisturizing lip balm ,
