  4. Darkened lips. I do. what should i do?

I am 18 years old and I have this problem that my upper lip is getting darker and it's also around the corners of the lips. I have tried every thing like lemon honey serum and other stuff like that...what should I do. I also have vertical lines on my lips. What should I do? Plz help
