Hello,
Dark yellow urine is usually due to dehydration.
You have to drink plenty of water pre and post exercises.

Dark color urine is possibly due to dehydration,
As a result of excess water loss from body, urine becomes concentrated hence gives out dark yellow color urine
Keep yourself hydrated.
