Hello don’t be a Google Doctor it’s just an information . Please get LFT , urine for routine and bile pigments and USG abdomen test done to rule out status of liver and kidneys. Do you get burning in micturition or warm urine. Take online consultation with reports and if possible visit my clinic at noida for physical examination or visit nearest GP. By any chance did you take B complex tablets as B complex or B12 give darn yellow urine
