Hi. I have dark upper lips and also that my lips are very dry. Even though I apply lip balm all the time my lips tend to dry up so fast. Please help.

This needs consultation with a Dermatologist for proper clinical examination. A good history is needed. For temporary relief use a lipbalm with SPF
