Dark under-eyes

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I'm having heavy pigmentation under my eyes. I take sound sleep for sufficient hours, still no help! Any good medicine that can be recommended because I'm reluctant to undergo any Laser treatment to get rid of them! Therapy/medication suggested?
