Dark spots, pimples scars on black face.

I was suffering from dengue on November and on that time i have taken my skin problem medicines and dengue related tablet prescribed by my doctor my skin doctor had prescribed me medicines such as ODIMONT - FX , ATARAX , EMLUK AST -FX . My cholesterol was 200 after eating cholastrol medicine my face muscles was in pain so I stopped taking cholestrol  medicine. I have take it for 21 day the last was on 2nd December even now my face is getting skinny and its getting darker and because of taking all these medicine's their are pimples spot on my face so please suggest me some cream or medicine so that I can get my fair skin back which was with out any spots . Please Doctor give me some cream so that I can get a fair skin . Please can you tell me how long the effect of cholesterol medicine last. Please suggest  creams for my face.
