Dark spots on nose

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi.. Doctor. From 2 years I m having dark spots on and around my nose. When sometime I rub that spots then it becomes more blackish. And sometimes it gets swollen and sebum is secreted from it. I have also used clotrimazole cream 2 times per day and cozitin gel too durung bedtime. What should I do to get rid of this
