Dark spots on lips and lip twitching.
For last 3 months I am feeling twitching lips. I don't really know what it is called but sometimes my I feel movement/vibration on the lower lip. When I looked closely I saw dark spots were appearing on my lips mostly on lower lips.
Other things-
1. Dry lips and lips are not smooth anymore as I have little bit of crust on the lower lips.
2. Lower lip feels tight.
3. Movement/Vibration/Twitching on lower lip.
4. Dark brown/black patches little lifted skin.
5. Late period last two times.
