Dark spots on forehead

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My forehead has dark spots . I've tried natural and doctor advised medicine but I'm unable to get rid of those spots. Moreover I'm an engineer - works almost 10 hrs outdoor at sites exposed to sun and dust. Kindly help.
