Hello Sir/Ma'am I am 23 year old and I'm having dark spots on my face. Earlier also I had this kind of spots due to sunburn but I got treatment for this and got cured then it again came after 6 months and I did not treated it. Now after 4 years these spots are still there. Please suggest the best way to get rid of this.

Hello Considering your clinical picture, diagnosis looks like Melasma . In order to cure this you may use Kojic acid or hydroquinone containing cream at night. You also need to consider ultraviolet rays exposure. If you don’t apply sunscreen on a regular basis your condition is going to get worse. Do use sunscreen with minimum spf 30 on a regular basis. Do connect for further information and consultation
