Dark spots on face for many years.
My mother who us about 55 years of age has dark spots on her face for many years.She has seen many doctors over these years and the treatment works for some time and then the spots appear again.These spots have appeared on the entire face(it gives the impression of dark complexion) now.What can be done for this?
