  4. Dark spots below neck. Reduce eith time.

Dark spots below neck
It started with irritable itching in the region beneath neck n beside left arm 5 months back. Itching area increased wid time n resulted into black dot like scars spread irregularly though there is no itching now. Dark spots dint reduce eith time.
