Dark spots and red spots

Hi, I am male 29 years old. For some reason I have developed a big dark spot near my waist and some few red spots near my chest. The red spots are painless and seem harmless but the dark spot seems itchy at times. Can I know the reason behind these spots and whom should I contact to eradicate these? Thanks!
