Ok..But more specific medicine required..You are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing patches.. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send photos of the affected area, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Faceclin will help you if you have pimples. For dark spot use a Kojic acid containing creams twice daily on the spots. Also take Vit C tablets.
