3 yr I have dark skin problem which my skin look black & my hand body golden color so help me to suggest to give my skin back golden color

Hi. Greetings. Golden colour... ?!! I am s little sceptical about your original colour ma'am. However let me give you couple of general tips to avoid pigmentation or correct it - use a sufficient quantity of sunscreen, and re apply every four hours in day time. Drink at least two litres of water daily. Consume lot of fruits and veggies which are rich in antioxidants. See a dermatologist near you for more specific problems or please get back to me with your photos. Hope this helps.
