Dark patches on hands and face
I have dark patches on both my hands especially elbow areas which is darker than usual body colour. Also gradually face complexion changing same way. I thought it might be because of sunburns etc but for almost 2 years the problem is there and now getting worse. I do not usually work outside in sun so I am sure this is not coz of that. This is more like patches and darker complexion. What should I do ?

Hi !!! This type of darkness can be due to genetic cause or due to obesity!!! Need to see the patient personally to give a proper consultation
