Dark patches
I have very dark circles under my eyes, have dark knuckles on my hand, a slightly darker patch on my face, other whitish small spots barely visible though, on face too. Recently i even got a dark patch on my big toe's knuckle. Is this any underlying disease?

This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin folds like underarms, knuckles, inner thighs or groin, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated.
