Dark patches beside eye

As you have not provided any history of treatment you received in past, I suppose you haven't consulted a dermatologist yet. If not then please consult one. You may be started with Topical creams along with few sessions of peels. Dark circles also appear due to wrinkles around eyes. Reduce the stress on your eyes by taking frequent breaks if you read a lot or work on computers. Take enough sleep and avoid working at night. Treating dark circles is challenging and needs a lot of patience to see visible difference. Hope this helps you.
