Dark patch on skin ( back),itching.
She has this condition since 10-25 year.The itching sensation was occasionally earlier but has become frequent only recently.There is discoloration of skin at the back,below the shoulder-level.The colour of discoloration is brownish & size is about 4x3".
Please advise.
