Dark neck and hair
My neck has become dark and I hav got small spots in my face.....it's ally bothering me....I have tried all creams but it's not giving any result...and also my hair has suddenly started to fall drastically.....Pls advise

I cannot diagnose and treat unless I see the dark spots. Same goes for hairfall. Hairfall at this age may be due to female pattern baldness. Please call me and visit my clinic for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.

Based on your description, it appears that you have facial melanosis which could be compounded by acanthosis nigricans. These conditions have a strong relation to one's internal health and it needs to be evaluated as often quoted - Skin is the mirror of internal health.
